My name is Sam. I am an ordinary 11 old kid who lives in the Bay Area. I first learned about AISCS three years ago when I took a survey of my class. We all wanted to help with many different issues such healthcare, schooling and basic needs for communities in need. My teachers, especially Kate Klaire, steered me towards an organization that helps with these problems in Tanzania. I have been working with AISCS ever since.

During the past two years, my class and I have raised over 2,000 dollars. This money has gone to a school in Shirati, Tanzania, a village about seven miles from lake Victoria. Their school had dirt floors, no desks, no uniforms, and no school books. Thanks to our donation, they were able to paint their walls, make a cement floor, get desks, uniforms, books, and school supplies. As a class, we sewed book bags that we sent to the school. As you can see, 2,000 dollars can go a long way.
But my fundraising campaign is not over! Please help me in my goal to raise $5,000 by the summer of 2015. Please donate by going to the AISCS website and clicking on the Become A Donor Or Volunteer option. It allows you to make an online donation and also gives the address at which to send a check to.(All donations are tax deductible)

Hi Sam! This is awesome! Thank you so much for helping AISCS. We are very grateful to you, and hope that someday you will travel with us to see the projects in Tanzania that your contributions go to.
